We are unable to refund or exchange products for change of mind or errors you made in your order.

If you have a problem with your products, for example if you consider that your products are faulty or defective in some way, please contact us at hello@santoandrini.com.au. Please note that in order to assess the matter we may need to have the products returned to us for inspection, therefore please keep the products.
